About Judge Hatchett
Joseph Woodrow Hatchett was a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Appointed by President Jimmy Carter, Judge Hatchett was commissioned to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on July 13, 1979 and reassigned to this court on October 1, 1981. Judge Hatchett retired on May 14, 1999.
