Per Curiam:
On January 29, 2026, EPA Region 6 notified the Board that it is withdrawing the
captioned permits issued to ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions Onshore Storage, LLC, in their
entirety consistent with 40 C.F.R. § 124.19(j). In light of this withdrawal, the Board dismisses
the petition for review in this matter as moot.1
So ordered.
