Order of the Board by Judge Avila:
EPA Region 9 moved to dismiss as moot the Petition for Review filed by Mobil Oil
Mariana Islands, Inc. in the above-captioned matter. EPA Region 9 Motion to Dismiss (Dec.
1, 2025). The Region represents it has withdrawn the contested provisions of the permit
pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 124.19(j). Id. at 1. The Region further represents that Mobil does not
oppose the filing of the motion. Id. at 2. In consideration of the motion and the
representations therein, the Board dismisses the petition for review in this matter as moot.
