                   ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR REVIEW


     By submission filed on March 24, 2008, the Town of Northbridge ("Town"), the petitioner in

this matter, states that it is withdrawing its petition for review in the above-captioned
matter. See Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal (Mar. 24, 2008) ("Notice"). The Notice states that the
Town "has reached an agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency that will facilitate compliance with

the conditions of the appealed NPDES permit, therefore making the instant appeal unnecessary."
Id. at 1.

     Under these circumstances, the above-captioned petition for review is hereby dismissed

with prejudice.

     So ordered.
