 ORDER GRANTING REQUEST TO WITHDRAW PETITION FOR REVIEW



     On October 17,2011, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 and AMRECO,

informed the Environmental Appeals Board ("Board") that they had entered into a Consent

Agreement and Final Order for each ofthe above-captioned matters. The parties further jointly

requested that AMRECO's Petition for Review be withdrawn.

     For good cause shown, the request to withdraw AMRECO's petition is GRANTED.

AMRECO's petition is hereby dismissed with prejudice.

     So ordered.
