Plain-English summary

The Environmental Appeals Board issued a Final Order for Parker Engineering and Mechanical, Inc. on April 23, 2024. The order says that the Board ratified an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Consent Agreement under 40 C.F.R. § 22.18(b)-(c), and ordered the company to comply with that agreement immediately. The public PDF contains the Final Order and certificate of service, but the pages that would contain the underlying agreement do not provide substantive text.
