ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR REVIEW
On April 7, 2010, Williams Four Corners, LLC, withdrew its petition for review in the above-captioned matter. Petitioner stated that after negotiation between the parties, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 6 (“Region”) proposed a revised Clean Air Act Title V permit for the Los Mestenios facility, and issued a final permit for the Los Mestenios facility on April 1, 2010. Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Review (April 7, 2010). For good cause shown, the Board approves Williams’ withdrawal of its petition, and the Board hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the petition in its entirety.
