                      MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL

        PER CURIAM. On June 28, 2021, the Board received the Administrator’s notice
 of decision not to file a petition for review and motion to dismiss the appeal. The
 Administrator has determined that she will not pursue an appeal in this matter.
 Based on the foregoing reasons, the Administrator’s petition for review is
 DISMISSED.
