      On December 7, 2020, the Plaintiff, Office of Federal Contract Compliance

Programs, United States Department of Labor (OFCCP) filed a Notice of Intent and Request to Close Case with the Administrative Review Board. In this Notice, OFCCP informed the Board that it will not be filing exceptions to the Administrative Law Judge’s September 22, 2020 Recommended Decision and Order in this matter.1 Accordingly, this case is CLOSED.
