         On May 24, 2019, the Plaintiff, Office of Federal Contract Compliance
  Programs, United States Department of Labor (OFCCP) filed a Notice of Intent Not
  to File Exceptions and Request to Close Case with the Administrative Review
  Board. In this Notice, the Plaintiff informed the Board that it will not be filing
  exceptions to the Administrative Law Judge’s March 22, 2019, Recommended
  Decision and Order in this matter. 1 Accordingly, this case is CLOSED.
