                                    ORDER OF REMAND

       The Acting Secretary has informed the Commission that this case has been settled and has moved

that it be remanded to Administrative Law Judge Covette Rooney for disposition together with OSHRC
Docket No. 96-627. The Acting Secretary’s motion is granted.
