OPINION:

CORRECTIVE ORDER

This case is directed for review pursuant to Section 12(j), 29 U.S.C. �

661(i), of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. �

651-678.

The Administrative Law Judge's Order of November 10, 1980 does not accurately reflect the terms of the settlement agreement reached by the parties.

Accordingly, the Judge's Order is modified as follows: Items 1 and 6, Citation Number 1 for serious violations, are modified to allege a violation of 29 C.F.R. �

1926.450(a), and Item 1 is redesignated as Subitem 6(d).

As modified above, the Judge's Order is hereby affirmed.
