ORDER

This case is before the Commission on remand from the United States Court of Appeals for
the Third Circuit. ITT Grinnell Corp. v. Secretary of Labor, 744 F.2d 344 (3d Cir. 1984).
We further remand the case to the Chief Judge for reassignment to an administrative law
judge. The judge to whom the case is assigned shall afford the parties an opportunity to
present additional evidence on the issues encompassed by the court's remand order, and
shall conduct whatever additional proceedings are necessary to comply with that order.
