JANICE B. ASKIN, Judge
VALERIE D. EVANS-HARRELL, Alternate Judge

On February 3, 2026, appellant filed a timely appeal from a January 22, 2026 merit decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). The Clerk of the Appellate Boards docketed the appeal as No. 26-0294.

In a letter dated March 3, 2026, received by the Clerk of the Appellate Boards on March 10, 2026, appellant, through her authorized representative, requested that the appeal be withdrawn.1

The Board, having duly considered this matter, concludes that appellant’s request for the withdrawal of the appeal should be granted.2 Accordingly,

1
The record reflects that while Ms. Lundergan was not appellant’s representative at the time the appeal was filed, following the filing of her appeal, appellant had authorized Ms. Lundergan as her representative as of February 13, 2026.
2
The Board’s decisions and orders are final upon the expiration of 30 days from the date of their issuance. 20 C.F.R.
§ 501.6(d).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT appellant’s request for the withdrawal of the appeal is granted. The appeal docketed as No. 26-0294 is dismissed.
