FINAL ORDER

The parties have submitted a Joint Notification of Settlement pursuant to Commission Rule 100, 29 C.F.R. § 2200.100, informing the Commission that they have resolved all the contested citation items in this case. Since the parties have agreed to terminate the proceedings before the Commission, the case is hereby dismissed. See 41 Fed. Reg. 37,173 (Sept. 2, 1976), amended at 44 Fed. Reg. 7255 (Feb. 6, 1979).
